A cited, real-world data foundation for a physics-and-probability-driven player model —
league benchmarks, measured shot-speed/skating/body-size distributions, and passing/zone-entry
research — plus this project's own proposed RPG attribute and progression design built on
top of it. Two very different kinds of content live on this page, and they're labeled
accordingly: cited research findings (with a confidence badge per entry, since not everything
here has been independently re-verified) versus an unimplemented design proposal for a future
character-progression system (Chapter 25b) that has no source to cite because nobody has built
or tuned it yet. Source document:
analytics/HockeyPhysicsAndStatisticsResearch.txt.
Confirmed independently re-checked against a live/primary source Plausible credible source found, exact cell not re-derived Unconfirmed no corroborating source found despite a real attempt Design Proposal not a real-world claim — this project's own idea
